Turks and Caicos is a deep, bluish-teal with cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had rich color payoff that adhered evenly across my lips, though there was a bit of product that separated along my deeper lip lines. I didn't think it was noticeable from a normal viewing distance, as I didn't detect it when worn, just later on looking at the close-up photos. The texture was smooth, velvety, and lightly creamy but had little slip and did require a slightly firmer touch to apply for fluid application. It stayed on well for six and a half hours and was neither drying nor hydrating over time.
