Fenty Beauty Black Card Flypencil Longwear Eyeliner ($22.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a deep black with neutral-to-cool undertones and flecks of silver sparkle throughout. It had semi-sheer color payoff when applied initially, and it was buildable to nearly opaque coverage with two to three layers.
When I worked with it on my lower lash line, I applied in shorter, more overlapping strokes, which yielded good coverage. The texture seemed slightly more emollient compared to most shades in the range, but it was still quick to set and didn't migrate as it did so--it was actually fast enough that it was hard to smudge (and this one would have benefited from smudging). The eyeliner lasted well for seven hours on my lower water line and nine hours on my lower lash line.
