Fenty Beauty Bank Tank Flypencil Longwear Eyeliner ($22.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a medium-dark green with moderate, warm olive undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque coverage in a single layer but appeared quite a bit lighter in one stroke compared to how it appeared with a second layer.
The texture was smooth, creamy without being too emollient, and comfortable to apply to the lower lash line as well as the water line. It didn't seem to build up as evenly when I did so on my arm, but I didn't notice unevenness when I wore it on my actual lash line. The color stayed on well for six hours on my lower water line and nine hours on my lower lash line.
