Melt Cosmetics Wallflower Gel Liner ($19.00 for 0.088 oz.) is a medium, grass green with warm, olive undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color coverage in a single stroke, which applied evenly and smoothly across my skin whether applied with a finer, liner brush (as an eyeliner) or with a flat, synthetic brush (as a cream eyeshadow).
The texture was lightweight, creamy, and gel-like, so it didn't feel overly wet or slippery but was fluid to work with. It stayed on nicely for over 10 hours without fading or thinning visibly.
