Berry Black is a deep black with neutral undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a soft, denser consistency that was somewhat powdery in the pan--it was the type of texture that needed a lighter hand to minimize over-applying. It blended out fairly well, but it could have been easier to work with. The color stayed on well for eight hours on me.
