Pearl Moonstone #3 is a medium-dark black with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque color coverage with a firmer, slightly stiff texture that was thin but not powdery, so there wasn't fallout when I worked with it. The eyeshadow could have been more blendable in practice, as it had a tendency to go on evenly and adhere more strongly to certain areas of the skin; it benefitted greatly from a dusting of translucent powder (even when it was used over primer). It lasted for seven hours before fading visibly.
