This is the palette I reach out the most to. I'm a (slightly-)ligh-medium tone with peach undertones, and I use all the shades in it except Sweet Tea (the orange, second from left on the second row). Blueberry Fizz (the deep purple, rightmost on the second row) will fade a little after a few hours, as will Mango (the deep yellow, first on the left on the second row), but they'll both last through a workday. I haven't encountered an issue with the other shades that I use. Peach will have a nearly foiled finish if you add a second layer. The primary difference between the two pinks, Pink Lemonade (top row) and Strawberry (second row) is that Pink Lemonade is warm and almost more golden than pink, while Strawberry is cooler and glitters more silvery.
