Dominique Cosmetics Latte 2 Eyeshadow Palette ($44.00 for 0.63 oz.) is a new, 10-pan palette that features a mix of neutrals with pops of marigold, coral, and mint green. The weakest performer was Frappe, which had glitter that migrated a little bit during blending, semi-opaque color coverage, and a firmer/stiffer texture. Frothy was a little powdery and prone to sheering out, while Cafecito took more effort to blend out but both were workable. The majority of the remaining shades were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing.
