Precious Embroidery #4 is a muted, dark brown with warm undertones and a soft, pearly shimmer. It had good color payoff, though it was not as intense or as rich in practice as it appeared in the pan. The texture was soft, smooth, and just a touch dry and dusty. I found it easy to blend and diffuse the color in the crease, but it had a tendency to sheer out as soon as I worked with it, so I had to build it up to retain depth.
