Black Night #5 is a deep black with neutral undertones and a mostly matte finish. The consistency was smooth, slightly firm and dense but not to the point of being stiff, so there was no powderiness, which ensured greater precision and control when working with it.
This was especially helpful as it had intense pigmentation in a single layer. The eyeshadow lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.
