Milani Bella Black (12) Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow ($4.49 for 0.05 oz.) is deepened, medium-dark black with neutral undertones and a satin finish. It had mostly opaque coverage applied dry and richer coverage applied damp, but the texture was a smidgen powdery, so dry application could be messy, yet it was a little harder to blend when used damp.
