Cover FX Moonstone Shimmer Veil ($28.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a medium-dark, coppery plum with warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic sheen. It had medium, buildable coverage that could be sheered out if desired but seemed to look its best at medium or greater coverage (the shimmer didn't seem as noticeable otherwise). The consistency was a little thicker overall, and of all the shades in the line-up, this one seemed to be a bit harder to sheer out evenly on the cheeks. On the flip side, it was the most lipstick-like shade on the lips as it also added some color. It wore well for five hours as a lip color and nine hours as both a cheek highlighter and eyeshadow.
