Cover FX Halo Shimmer Veil ($28.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a cool, blue-tinted white base with silver to blue shifting sparkle and pearl. The finish was nearly metallic on the skin and lips, though it dried down to a transfer-resistant finish (so it wasn't truly glossy). Of the shades released, this one did not spread out as evenly as others, so it took a bit of extra effort to get even results, but it also seemed to be more medium to semi-opaque in coverage to begin with. It lasted well for five hours as a lip color, nine hours on my cheeks, and nine hours on my eyes.
