ColourPop Regulate Velvet Blur Lux Lipstick ($7.50 for 0.12 oz.) is a slightly muted, medium copper with moderate, warm orange undertones and a satin finish. It had medium pigmentation, which was buildable to mostly opaque coverage with a second layer--as marketed.
The texture felt smooth, more velvety in its glide, so it didn't have a wet feel going on, and was thinner and very lightweight. I did not find it smoothed out my lip lines as promised, though. The color lasted well for three hours and was lightly hydrating over time.
