ColourPop Rumours is a moderately warm-toned, dark orange with a natural finish. It is a permanent blush that retails for $7.00 and contains 0.48 oz.
ColourPop Rumours Cheek Dew Serum Blush ($7.00 for 0.48 oz.) is a muted, orange-red with subtle, warm undertones and a soft sheen. It appeared more orange when initially squeezed out of the tube, but it was a sheerer product and looked redder (but warm-toned) in practice.
The consistency was very emollient, runny, and difficult to work with over bare skin as well as over foundation. The product slid around too easily, which resulted in patchy, uneven coverage that did not build up well and often lifted away, even if I gave it some time to dry down. The dry down wasn't a full dry down, so some dewiness was still visible, but it did not feel tacky to the touch. There was visible fading present after six hours of wear.
