Fenty Beauty Daiquiri Dip Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush ($20.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a bright, deep re-coral with moderate, warm undertones and barely-there pearl that gave it a luminous glow that wasn't overtly shimmery. It was designed to have sheer, buildable coverage, and the formula sheers out noticeably as it spreads and diffuses over the skin, so it has to be built up to get to full coverage (if desired).
I would say that it was more semi-sheer to medium, buildable coverage applied with fingertips, more semi-sheer applied with a moderately-dense, angled brush, and truly sheer when applied with a stippling brush. The consistency was creamy, lightweight, and thin with more of a gel-cream feel, and it applied well over bare skin or over foundation. It dried down but didn't look fully flat/matte. The color stayed on nicely for nine hours before fading visibly.
