Phytosurgence Singe Skin Spark Blush Balm ($17.07 for 0.14 oz.) is a medium-dark coral with moderate, warm undertones. I noticed that the base seemed warmer when sheered out, though it looked a little pinker and closer to the color in the jar on my cheeks.
The texture was lightweight, creamy, and blendable, which made it more forgiving and easy to work with using fingertips or a brush. The product was quite pigmented, as marketed, so it was imperative to use a lighter hand when working with it and then building up as necessary. The color applied evenly to bare skin and blended out nicely along the edges, then set to a more transfer-resistant finish that had light glow but wasn't really dewy (but not matte either). It wore well for eight hours before fading a bit.
