Berry Beet is a deeper, pinky-red with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had rich pigmentation in a single layer, which adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out without difficulty. The texture was slightly drier and a touch grainy--not as smooth as most matte eyeshadows are--but that didn't impede the actual application. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours and left a faint stain behind.
