Turmeric Shot is a bright, deeper yellow with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color payoff that adhered well to my lid as the product blended out easily, but the formula itself was prone to settling into pores and darkening there, which resulted in a "freckled" appearance. The texture was lightly powdery with a bit of dryness but didn't indicate it was going to have any major problems in practice. This shade wore well for eight and a half hours before fading and left a stain behind.
