Citrine is a rich, medium-dark yellow with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had opaque color coverage that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out nicely, though I felt like it had a tendency to sheer out a bit over bare skin (I'd recommend a primer underneath). The consistency was smooth, soft, and lightly powdery but not messy to work with. It stayed on well for just over eight hours on me before it started to show signs of wearing away.
