City Color G*psy Shimmer Shadow ($6.99 for 0.129 oz.) is a medium-dark, warm-toned purple with reddish tones and a pearly sheen. It had great color payoff with a soft, smooth, and blendable texture that wasn't quite as dense as other shades--somewhere between the cream-like feel of formulas like the Shimmer Shadow and traditional powder eyeshadow.
