Charlotte Tilbury Too Bad I'm Bad Hollywood Lips Matte Liquid Lipstick ($34.00 for 0.24 oz.) is a medium, pinky coral with soft, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had opaque color coverage that applied evenly across the lips, but the color "split" along my deeper lip lines so it was not the most flattering texture on. The liquid lipstick had a velvety, airy, mousse-like consistency that glided across with ease and never felt wet. The "dry down" isn't like your typical liquid lipstick, as it did not set to a transfer-proof finish and felt a touch tacky whenever I pressed my lips together. It wore well for four and a half hours with color that gathered in my lip lines over time, while the formula was neither drying nor hydrating.

Charlotte Tilbury unveils yet another of her red-carpet secrets with Hollywood Lips – allowing everyone to cheat their way to a fuller, plumper-looking pout. Designed to glide on like a gloss, these matte contouring lipsticks dress lips in full-coverage, long-lasting colour and, what’s more, feel as light as air on wear. The addition of collagen-stimulating sea lavender prevents thinning while nourishing beeswax ensures a baby-soft finish.
