Charlotte Tilbury Dolly Bird Hollywood Lips Matte Liquid Lipstick ($34.00 for 0.24 oz.) is a light-medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer, and the color itself went on evenly. The texture was airy and very lightweight with a mousse-like consistency, and while it was easy to glide the applicator and move the product around on the lips, it clung to every imperfection on my lips and sank into my lip lines. After three hours of wear, my lips looked like raisins with how much color had pulled into my lip lines.
