Each colour in the quad has a different texture and formula to suit its primary function. ‘Prime’ is emollient-rich to smooth the eyelid, ‘Enhance’ blends easily with all of the other colours, ‘Smoke’ is highly pigment-rich to create a dramatic effect, ‘Pop’ is rich in light-reflecting shimmer flex for an eye-catching, mesmerising finish.

The Rock Chick

At some point in 2022, the Sephora near me started to carry Charlotte Tilbury in-store and that opened the flood gates for me because I prefer shopping in person. I purchased The Rock Chick immediately after swatching it and seeing how the colours and textures played out on my skin. I love taupe and grey shades and this is a beautiful interpretation of these colours. As "edgy" as the name sounds, I find this extremely wearable for day/work. I use the top two shades the most but all 4 of these are lovely and I don't experience any fallout (which seems to be a common complaint with this palette).

The Rebel (2020)

Genevieve, another Temptalia regular, frequently praised this lovely quad and once it became available in-store at the Sephora near me, I tried it out and - BAM - it was love at first swatch! These muted green and bronze shades are colours I have a weakness for because they suit me and appeal to me. These shadows have some shimmer (or outright glitter) but I don't find them messy or unwearable. The shadows apply and blend like a dream and the 4 colours all work really well together or individually.

The Queen of Glow

I very much enjoy this palette. I have light brown hair and brown eyes and I have a warm undertone (yellow). I find this palette compliments my colouring beautifully. I find the brown matte very easy to blend. Word of warning though, the yellow shimmer (top right) is very yellow!
