Center Stage is described as a "deep plum." It's a muted, blackened purple with cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had so-so color payoff, though it seemed buildable when I used it on the eye. The texture was soft, slightly powdery but not difficult to use (easy to blend), and the color wore well for eleven hours before fading. Too Faced Jungle Love (LE, $16.00) is more shimmery.
