Anastasia Pink Dahlia Stick Blush ($32.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a brighter, medium-dark pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had medium, buildable color payoff when applied with a brush and more semi-opaque, buildable color payoff when applied with a fingertip. I preferred the latter as it was quick and easy, though a brush worked well.
The consistency was smooth, lightweight, and lightly emollient without being too slippery. The formula dried down to more of a powder-like finish once it came into contact with skin, but I felt like I had enough time to apply and blend out on each cheek before it dried down. I didn't have any issues applying this shade on bare skin or on top of foundation. It stayed on well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
