Anastasia Soft Rose Stick Blush ($32.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark pink with warmer undertones and a matte finish. The texture was lightweight, emollient with a thinner, more gel-like glide, but it dried down to a more powder-like finish that was mostly matte with a bit of my skin's natural finish coming through.
It had medium, buildable pigmentation when I applied it using a synthetic brush, and the coverage was more semi-opaque and buildable if I applied using my fingertips (which is how I usually apply cream and liquid blushes). The product applied evenly and blended out well on bare skin as well as layered over foundation as it did not lift up my base products. It lasted well for eight hours before fading visibly.
