Anastasia Latte Stick Blush ($32.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a soft, dusty pink with warmer undertones and a matte finish. I found that it had no shimmer but didn't have a fully flat dry down, as it seemed to let my natural skin finish come through. It had medium, buildable pigmentation applied with a brush and more semi-opaque, buildable coverage applied with fingertips.
The texture was smooth, lightweight, and emollient with more of a gel-like glide that enabled the formula to spread well over bare skin as well as on top of foundation as it did not lift my base up or create patchiness. It dried down quickly but gave me enough time to blend. This shade lasted nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.
