Hot Sand

Hot Sand is a slightly muted, medium-dark coppery brown with warm, orange undertones and copper sparkle over a metallic finish. This shade was similar in texture to Amber Gold: very dense, cream-like, and smooth to the touch, but it was difficult to get good pigmentation and even coverage using most cheek brushes. I liked applying this with fingertips the best, actually, as it gave me better coverage and a smoother finish. The product didn't diffuse well with a brush, as it had a tendency to stick strongly where it first landed and did not want to move from there. I was able to wear this shade for eight hours.
