Blue Moon is an icy, bluish-silver with strong, cool undertones and a metallic sheen. There's enough shimmer and pigmentation in this shade that it doesn't look chalky or ashy against my skin tone, despite seeming to be white-based. The texture was very soft and a little went a long way, so I'd highly recommend using a light hand when applying this one and building up. It blended out fairly easily and lasted for eight hours on me. Viseart Blue Diamond (PiP, ) is less shimmery (95% similar). theBalm #34 (P, $6.50) is less shimmery, lighter (90% similar).
