143 is a dark gold with warm, bronzy undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The consistency was drier and felt chunkier as it had quite bit of glitter in it, too. This one took longer to blend out as the underlying base color did not go on as evenly as I would have liked. It actually has less of a reflective sheen compared to some shades in the palette, but it had a moderate amount of visible glitter pieces wherever I applied it. It was really hard for me to tell the difference between this shade and Glo Getter applied with respect to color. The color seemed to last closer to eight hours, but there was definite migration of sparkles while I wore it.
