Anastasia Sultry is a moderately warm-toned, dark copper with a metallic finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Soft Glam.

Sultry is a medium-dark, coppery bronze with warm undertones and a metallic finish. The color payoff was opaque, but the texture was a little soft and drier, which resulted in where the product had a tendency to loosen from the surface too easily and had to be pressed and buffed into the skin to bind the powder together and smooth it onto the lid. One could avoid the extra effort if applied with fingertips or a dampened brush (the latter remains my preferred method). It lasted nicely for eight and a half hours on me.
