Patrick Ta She's Vibrant Double-Take Blush Duo Review & Swatches
She's Vibrant
Patrick Ta She’s Vibrant Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush ($34.00 for 0.37 oz.) includes two brighter, slightly warm-toned pinks in a cream and powder format. The cream blush was sheerer and more buildable, while the powder was quite pigmented.

She's Vibrant (Crème)
She’s Vibrant (Crème) is a brighter, medium-dark pink with warm undertones and a natural finish. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation with a lightweight, lightly emollient texture that was a touch tacky but spreadable without being prone to lifting up base products. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview

The cream blush had a lightly creamy, moderately emollient consistency that applied evenly and blended out well over bare skin as well as over liquid foundation. In the duo format, the cream blush is actually designed to be layered over the powder (rather than typically under it) to add "life" back to the skin. It layered well on top of the blush to add a bit of shine without turning it into a full-on cream.
The pigmentation was sheer and buildable to semi-sheer to medium coverage, which seemed in line with the brand's marketing (though they could do a better job describing it). On its own, it lasted around six hours before fading/migrating noticeably. When I wore it on top of the powder blush, it seemed to shorten wear by a half hour to an hour.

She's Vibrant (Powder)
She’s Vibrant (Powder) is a vivid, deeper pink with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. It appeared slightly warmer when applied to my arm but pinker when sheered out as a blush on my cheeks. The texture was smooth, dense but not too firmly-packed into the pan, so it picked up well with a dry brush and delivered rich, opaque coverage in a single go. This shade lasted well for nine hours before fading visibly on me.

Formula Overview
-
The powder blush was supposed to be "pigmented" and "weightless." The consistency was soft, lightly powdery in the pan, but it had a smoother, denser feel to it that was almost velvety without being overly firm. The powder picked up well with a brush and yielded semi-opaque to opaque color payoff in a single layer, which applied evenly and blended out easily. The formula lasted around nine hours on its own, but layering the coordinating cream shortened wear by half hour to an hour.

Wow, these are pretty. I’m still not a huge fan of cream blushes but if I were, I’d probably grab this…
This is a super pretty cheek duo! But not one that I’m convinced that I need. I do still have ND Love Cheek Duo, and that’s a warm tone of pink.
Whilst this shade of pink is far too bright for me, I am loving the formula and the finish. I can’t wait to see the rest of the collection.
