Natasha Denona Love Glow Cheek Palette Review & Swatches
Love Glow
Natasha Denona Love Glow Blush & Glow Palette ($55.00 for 0.48 oz.) is a new, permanent palette (this packaging is limited edition) that features a cream blush, two blushes, and one highlighter. All four shades performed similarly to past shades I’ve tried in each respective formula, but that being said, the textures of the powder products tended to be a bit denser/firmer and will all work well for someone who is often fearful of over-applying or someone who has a more moderate-hand already. If you’re someone uses really light touches or very feathery brushes, you may find your technique doesn’t translate well with this palette. On the flip side, none of the shades were powdery, and they blended out easily and “melted” slightly on my skin for a more luminous effect overall.

Love Glow (Glow Cream Base)
Love Glow (Glow Cream Base) is a muted, medium pink with moderate, warm undertones and a luminous finish with faint pearl throughout. It had a lightly glossy finish when applied to bare skin or over foundation (and it didn’t lift up my base whether applied with fingertips or a synthetic brush). It had semi-sheer, buildable coverage, which was as marketed, that layered well under other shades in the palette. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.

Love Glow (Super Glow)
Love Glow (Super Glow) is a brighter, medium pink-coral with subtle, warm undertones and warmer, golden shimmer and micro-sparkle that gave it an intense, high-shine finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer with a smooth, moderately dense texture, so it was easy to pick up less product if desired (for sheerer coverage).
The color applied evenly to bare skin and blended out with little effort, and I didn’t feel like it emphasized my skin’s natural texture, but it was close to that line so someone with more texture might find it would. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before I noticed fading.

Formula Overview
$38.00/0.35 oz. - $108.57 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to be a "super-soft powder" that "mimics skin's natural texture for a slick, seamless finish that won't settle in fine lines" while creating a "multidimensional glow" and "glass-like sheen." The powder has a denser consistency with slight slip and creaminess, but it definitely feels like a powder.
The three shades available had semi-opaque to opaque coverage in a single layer with a strong, metallic sheen and a lot of shine--more reflective and shiny than shimmer in texture, but it was a mega-watt kind of glow. It worked well with standard, tapered highlighting brushes without having to use a light or heavy hand with it. The highlighters applied evenly, blended out easily, and lasted for eight to nine hours on me.

Love Glow (Diamond Powder)
Love Glow (Diamond Powder) is a light-medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and flecks of gold and pink sparkle and micro-glitter. It had a more glittering finish, so those who aren’t keen on noticeable glitter will find this to be a problem. The texture was denser, slightly firm, and drier overall, so it required a moderate to heavy-hand to pick up product evenly.
It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation. It had a flatter, shinier finish that didn’t emphasize my skin’s natural texture but read a bit glittery. The color applied evenly and diffused without much effort without the sparkles spreading out too readily, but there was light migration of sparkles over the eight and a half hours it wore well for.

Love Glow (Glow Impact Powder)
Love Glow (Glow Impact Powder) is a light-medium, golden peach with warm undertones and a smooth, luminous sheen. It was more metallic when layered than it was applied with just one layer. It had buildable coverage from semi-opaque to opaque (second layer) with a firmer, denser texture.
It worked best with slightly denser, more rounded brushes to pick up product evenly, but it blended out well and sat flatteringly on my skin as it didn’t emphasize my skin’s natural texture. The highlighter wore nicely for eight and a half hours before I noticed fading.

Oooo…I like that it is buildable. My fave kind of blush! You are so fast, Christine! Thank you!
I wish there wasn’t a cream mixed in with the powders. I just can’t handle that myself.
it has a little plastic cover over it so the powders don’t get in it, the powder next to it is dense so it doesn’t fluff up at all. I don’t know if that’s what you meant though
Kitty I was thinking that too with the Bloom palette which also has a plastic cover. I’ve had no issues at all though.
That plastic cover is the saving grace for me for her cheek palettes like this with the cream product/products.
I had to get this. It’s so pretty. Thanks for getting the review out quickly.
This is way more delicate than I expected. Beautiful.
I love everything about it… except the Diamond Powder. Not 100% how bright it would be on my part to buy this just for the other 3 shades? ? Ones I would make good use of, at that. Or just go with my OG pick of the Bloom Cheek Palette?
Same. I can’t decide on whether to get it, not a fan of glitter. Maybe a light application could work? That packaging is fun and the 2 cream shades look wonderful. I love Bloom and have a backup though… le sigh.
I’ve heared that ND said that all the pans are also eyes and lips safe… So maybe you can use the powder you like less as eyeshadow
I like every single shade except for the pink glitter one – such a shame when the brands add glitter, because it’s so divisive – you either love it or hate it.
Thank you for reviewing this palette so quickly Christine.
Do you think it’s different enough from Bloom to own both?
I think it depends on what shades you use most + whether you need this many cheek shades!
It’s such a pretty blush palette. I love the 3 cheek products and I’ll probably wear the glitter bomb Diamond powder mostly on my eyes.
Tempted to buy it for the cute packaging but I just have too dupes!
I love this palette. It’s everything… even the girly sparkly pink diamond powder, but it’s not one I would wear all over my cheeks as a topper such as Surratt Barbe a Papa. It does look fab lightly applied on tops of cheeks. As someone with aging skin, whenever I go in with a products like this, I’m looking for skin with the least amount of wrinkling ?. Yes, I still have some left.. Win!
I got mine Friday and was surprised the top right (Love Glow) was a powder rather than a cream like the bloom & blush palette, but I’m not mad at that.
While I’m not a fan of glitter, the diamond powder pink sheers out so nicely the glitter seems to melt into the cheek.
I do find using it on on my lid you see the sparkle more–very much like the diamond powder in Darya, and that I don’t mind, just a finger tip application can make the eye looks wet, without being so.
My least fave would be the Glow Impact Powder; only because I have dupes and so many pretty highlighters already. But as a travel palette, it’s good to have in there.
All in, another ND winner for me!
oh! I didn’t realize there is only one cream in this one – that’s odd, since the plastic won’t prevent the powder and cream mixing. hm..
Honestly, I love NDs cheek palettes. I have Bloom and Darya, and would really like to add this one to my collection eventually.
Le sigh. I actually like this. And it reviews well (I was hoping for a fail). I’ll probably wait until a Sephora sale though until I pick it up as I really don’t need this. I already have Darya and Bloom.
I really wish people stopped with the anti-glitter mongering on a palette that has no glitter in it. Natasha’s formulas are not made with glitter particles but with finely crushed crystals and pearls. So please stop running this product down, stop deprecating it and get the facts.
It’s true – she uses crushed pearl, not glitter. And I still said “glitter” in reference to that one shade. Thanks for the reminder!
i really love this palette! for everyone who is scared of the pink diamond powder for the cheeks remember you can always use it on the eyes (which is what i do) it is such a pretty glitter top coat for the eyes and it can also be used as highlight which i enjoy!
also the cream blush also looks really pretty underneath a gloss on the lips!
