Bloombox
MAC Bloombox Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a bright, medium-dark coral with moderate, warm undertones–balanced between pink and orange–paired with a semi-matte finish. It had opaque color coverage but had a tendency to separate/pull away from my lip lines, so it appeared a little patchy in places.
The consistency was moderately dense, slightly thicker (which I expect was why it didn’t sit as smoothly on my lips), but smooth and comfortable to apply. It stayed on well for five and a half hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.

MAC Lipstick comes in a variety of finishes, and the pigmentation and wear tend to be dependent on the finish. The sheer finishes, like Lustres, tend to wear for only a couple of hours and have sheer coverage (as designed) and are non-drying.
Some of the original Matte shades have a stiffer, drier formula, while newer ones have a more velvety, silicone-feel to them, and the latter are creamier, more comfortable to wear, and easier to apply, but most Matte shades are quite pigmented and long-wearing, though some are drying.
The Amplified and Satin finishes tend to have good pigmentation, lightly creamy to moderately creamy consistencies with a bit of shine, and moderate to long wear with deeper, richer shades wearing longer. The Frost and Metallic finishes have the most variance between shades with coverage ranging from semi-sheer to opaque with average wear and non-drying to slightly drying formulas. All MAC lipsticks are vanilla-scented but have no discernible taste.

Dramarama
MAC Dramarama Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a vivid, neon pink with warmer undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage in a single stroke, which could be built up to full coverage with a little more layered as needed. The product applied fairly evenly but was prone to separating and settling into my lip lines, and there was a little streakiness along the edges.
The lipstick had a denser, thicker consistency that felt smooth and velvety, so it was comfortable to apply in a fluid stroke, but it was less forgiving of lip texture and imperfections. It wore nicely for five hours, left a stain behind, and felt non-drying.

Moody Bloom
MAC Moody Bloom Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a deeper red with neutral-to-warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, lightly creamy consistency that was moderately dense but not too thick or too thin, so it had good adhesion but was a little more forgiving of lip texture and any imperfections associated with it. It lasted well for six hours, left a stain behind, and felt neither drying nor hydrating over time.

These are all simply gorgeous and perfect for spring! Bloombox and Dramarama are my picks for very cheerful, brilliant spring/summer shades.
They’re all so pretty on you! I couldn’t resist ordering Bloombox, that coral is stunning!
These are all lovely – especially Bloombox.
I read, and re-read the dupe list for Moody Bloom and only had one possible dupe, F-bomb. (I found F-bomb still available here, so I have put it in my basket.
But, F-bomb or not, Moody Bloom is the one I’ll get out of the lipsticks. I really like Dramarama, but have two dupes for it.
