ColourPop Super Bloom Palette Review & Swatches
Super Bloom
ColourPop Super Bloom 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.32 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette released for Target (though it is also available through the brand). It features a green/teal color story with five matte eyeshadows and four shimmer eyeshadows, which performed consistently with ColourPop’s formulas. The shimmers were actually a bit smoother and more consistent in this palette than in some of the recent 9-pans that have been released!

The new Pressed Powder Shadow formula is supposed to be “highly pigmented” with an “ultra-velvety and silky” texture that is “long-wearing” and “adheres easily to the eyes.” Most of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation that applies well to bare skin, blends out without issue, and lasts for seven to eight hours.
The matte eyeshadows tend to be a little more powdery, though soft and finely-milled, in the pan, while the shimmers have a creamier, dense consistency. Occasionally, the more sparkly or metallic shades apply better with fingertips or a dampened brush.

Definitely not just another green palette! I love how it also has aquas and even dark teal matte shades, making it feel very ocean vibing!
I think this is one of the prettiest green themed palettes that CP has put out in awhile – a cohesive set of shades that would work with any other palette you own as well. Love the shimmers.
It’s pretty but I definitely have enough green in my collection (and also don’t wear it that often, lol)!
This feels very similar to Mint to Be, but perhaps that’s just my perspective. Either way, an easy pass from me bc I rarely wear pastels.
