ColourPop Heavenly is a moderately warm-toned, light aqua with a metallic finish. It is a permanent eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.
ColourPop Heavenly Pressed Powder Shadow ($5.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a light aqua with subtle, warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic sheen. The texture was a little thicker and not as dense, so there was some excess kick up in the pan and a bit of fallout during application if I wasn't careful to press and pat the color into place first. It had good pigmentation that blended out nicely and lasted well for eight hours. I'd recommend using it with a dampened brush to get the most out of this shade, though it was certainly usable dry.
