Emerald City is a medium-dark, emerald green with a matte finish and cooler undertones. It had rich color coverage that applied evenly to bare skin. The texture was soft, lightly powdery in the pan, and a smidgen drier than other mattes, so it wasn't quite as blendable as it could have been. It wore well for eight and a half hours before showing signs of fading.
