Sugarpill Cloud 9 is a very cool-toned, light aqua with a metallic finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Capsule Collection C1.

Cloud 9 is a bright, medium blue-leaning aqua with cool undertones and a metallic finish. The consistency was denser, slightly creamier, but on the thicker side, which isn't my ideal when working with so many mattes, but it applied fairly well with a dry brush. I was able to smooth out the product to get a more even finish that played well with other shades in the palette, but I would recommend a slightly firmer, denser brush with it. It lasted nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.
