MAC Good Jeans Powder Kiss Soft Matte Eyeshadow ($20.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a dusty, medium blue with neutral-to-warm undertones (it leaned a bit greenish) paired with a matte finish. The consistency was lightly powdery, which made it prone to sheering out when applied, so I'd recommend using it over an eyeshadow primer. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that stayed on decently for seven and a half hours on me.
