ColourPop Dream Date, Cookie, Slacker Lippie Stix Reviews & Swatches
Dream Date
ColourPop Dream Date Lippie Stix ($6.00 for 0.0352 oz.) is a light-medium, peachy beige with warm undertones and a cream finish. It had good color payoff that adhered fairly evenly across my lips, but there was slight streaking along the edges and a bit of product that sat in my deeper lip lines. The lipstick had a creamy consistency that was lightweight with a touch of tackiness that was comfortable to apply and to wear. It lasted nicely for four and a half hours and felt lightly moisturizing while worn. It applied a little better than the one I reviewed previously.

Formula Overview
$7.00/0.0352 oz. - $198.86 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "full coverage" with a "long-wearing, ultra comfortable" feel. Because there are quite a few finishes in the range, some of the results depend more on the finish.
The matte finish tends to be thinner, drier, and firmer in the tube, and they can, occasionally, tug on my lips noticeably during application, but usually have good pigmentation and long wear; they range from non-drying to somewhat drying.
The Creme finish has a creamier, more emollient quality to it that has excellent pigmentation, comfortable wear, and good wear time (four to six hours); it tends to be a little hydrating but occasionally suffers from issues where product gathers in lip lines or they don't go on as evenly as they could. There's a soft, sweet vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

Cookie
ColourPop Cookie Lippie Stix ($6.00 for 0.0352 oz.) is a medium peach with warm, orange undertones and a satin finish. It had good color coverage, though it wasn’t quite opaque in a single layer. The texture was lightweight, lightly clingy (without being uncomfortable or drying) with light tackiness, and felt fairly smooth going across my lips. The product could have applied a little more evenly, and there was a small amount of product that sat in my deeper lip lines. It wore well for four and a half hours and was lightly hydrating over time.

Slacker
ColourPop Slacker Lippie Stix ($6.00 for 0.0352 oz.) is a bright, light pink-coral with warm undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had rich pigmentation, but the consistency was so creamy and emollient that it didn’t appear as opaque, especially along the edges as the color streaked somewhat. I was surprised the lipstick didn’t sink more into my lip lines from the beginning, but it did worsen over time. It stayed on well for four and a half hours but was lightly hydrating while worn.

I know this is off-topic, but I was at Ulta and I saw a display for the Too Faced TuttiFruitti collection, and the Sparkling Pineapple eyeshadow palettes had different colors in them than when the palette was first released!
– that is all.
That’s… weird!
Slacker looks so much nicer on than I was expecting! Good way for me to try out something close enough to CT B*tch Perfect of Super Cindy just to see if it would work for me. Lighter shades can be tricky! So, those first two aren’t on my radar.
Nope on all three of these shades. It feels good to NOT be tempted for a change!
Always nice when something is easy to resist!
Hmm – I think these shades have been done many times over, I am not quite feeling the uniqueness.
