THIS has my interest! Blush is the one thing I wear every day, even when I’m not leaving the house, just so I don’t look like a Very Tired Dead Thing. Fingers crossed they don’t have any of my acne-riffic problem ingredients (cyclomethicone/cyclopentasiloxane, polysilicones, stearic/palmitic/myristic acids)!
You made me laugh with your Very Tired Dead Thing comment – so true of a morning!
Unlike most of the recent cream and liquid blushes of late, these just look so gloppy and like a hair getting stuck to my face disaster. Especially with how hot it gets here! Not only that, but smoothed out, there’s not much pigment or so it seems.
Yeah I looked at those swatches and realized none of them will show on my at all lol
It’s very helpful Christine that you have the sheer examples of the blush shades as well the fuller colour. It helps to see which shade would most suit me. A few of the shades look very similar when sheered and I think I like Bubbles the best.
Wow half many of these are so close in colour when sheered out and the other half don’t even look good beforehand.
The tubes themselves look quite nice but I’m not won over by the swatches at all.
Pretty much how I feel about everything from ColourPop lately. Looks cute in the tube or palette but sheers out to basically nothing. I’m over the brand, and there’s so much better stuff out there. Even if CP is cheap, it’s still wasted money when I end up throwing away everything I try from them after a few uses.
These look interesting to me — I’m well into middle age and seeing more dryness, lines, etc on my cheeks. If I can put them on with a few dabs of a finger like my Stila convertible color, then sheer them out to a natural look, that would be something I’d want. I’ll wait for ingredient lists and to see some reviews/videos (I find Youtube videos to be very helpful sometimes in terms of how something really looks/performs) because I’m worried they’ll stay tacky and not dry down.
I definitely see 4-5 shades I’m interested in, but not enough to go out of my way to buy any… If I stumble upon them at ULTA, I’ll more than likely grab them… This is actually the very first ColourPop launch I’m even remotely interested in, but probably just because I’ve recently become a bit obsessed with liquid & cream cheek products…
