It's a new, limited edition palette that officially launches tomorrow, March 3rd, at Anastasia and Sephora. It's a highlighter palette, but the brand listed it as being able to be used on eyes as well....
For spring, Cle de Peau releaseed six Enhanced Lip Luminizers ($35.00 for 0.07 oz.), and four Cream Blushes ($60.00 for 0.21 oz.).
BH Cosmetics Foil Eyes 2 Eyeshadow Palette ($12.00 for 1.58 oz.) includes 28 eyeshadows, which all have a very frosted/metallic finish. It released recently, and here are swatches (will be at least a couple of weeks before I can review as there are so many shades in it!):
