There are some moisturizers that are too heavily fragranced with floral-like scents that I just can't handle personally. Lip products that taste soapy are also hard to wear.

my answer: Sometimes formulas can be stiffer to get on, though once on, they're locked in! I also don't like removing them sometimes as they can be harder than regular eyeliner. They are great if you have watery eyes!
