Filling in my brows and having some foundation (or concealer) on always makes me feel “better,” even though I’m usually fine with no makeup on as well. Foundation just really evens out my skin tone, even when worn lightly!

I like how they’re often hydrating and more forgiving of skin dryness/texture, though I find I prefer liquid foundation, which can often have similar benefits but I find a little easier to work with overall.
