Formula Overview
$16.00/0.15 oz. - $106.67 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "bold, buildable pigment" that "swipes on easily" and has a "no-budge, no-smudge finish." The liquid eyeshadow has a lightweight, fluid consistency that felt like a cross between water and gel, which ensured that the product glided over my skin, blended out evenly, but wasn't prone to settling into fine lines. Most shades were pigmented with little product required for it but a few shades were more semi-opaque.
They dry down fairly quickly, so I would recommend working one area at a time if more diffused/blended areas were desired. It would also be prudent to go in with fingertips or a fluffy brush to diffuse edges if choosing to wear the product all over the lid. Due to the pigmentation, consistency, and dry down time, they did lend themselves to eyeliner and more graphic eyeshadow shapes/lines.
Once they set, they were quite budge-proof and lasted for 12 hours without fading or creasing on me when worn as an eyeshadow and 12 hours as an eyeliner.

Art Of Darkness and White Noise sure could make for some excellent eyeshadow bases or used in more graphic eye looks!
I also love the orange one, Light Transcending, quite a lot, too!
I have light transcending and i get compliments every time I wear it. It’s beautiful!
I’m definitely interested in picking up White Noise to see how I like it for a base for some brighter colors I own. Hopefully it will work well on ultra oily lids as a base. Even if it doesn’t it could definitely be used as an accent liner with a little liner brush.
I’ve used Dionysus, Ganada, and Freaked on my very oily lids and they LAST. Not sure about using them as a base, but for reference!
I wish AF had minis available of more shades. I would love to have a few, but can’t imagine myself using a whole tube of almost any of them before they dry out/expire.
