Urban Decay Blackout 24/7 Eyeshadow ($19.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a deep black with neutral-to-cool undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was soft, more powdery (but also more finely-milled) compared to the original, so there was a little bit of fallout but it seemed more blendable and easier to build up, if desired. It had mostly opaque, buildable coverage that stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.
