No Spots is a soft white with neutral-to-cool undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage with a soft, velvety texture that was just a touch powdery in the pan but managed to keep most of its intensity when applied to bare skin. The eyeshadow was blendable along the edges and didn't have too much fallout when I applied it to my brow bone, but the strong white base (duh!) makes it preferable to apply it prior to other products if applying it onto a higher point like the brow bone. This shade stayed on well for eight hours before fading a bit.
