ColourPop Radioactive Crème Gel Colour ($7.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a darker, grayish-taupe base with flecks of dirty gold and pink sparkle that gave it a more metallic finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation in a single layer. The texture was barely emollient, and while I thought maybe it was just the top layer that was drier, it didn't improve as I dug deeper into the pot.
Unfortunately, this made it harder to apply fluidly, so it had to be applied in shorter, overlapping strokes, and I had to go back for more as it dried down as I was placing it, so product ended up drying on my brush instead. It was hard to remove, so it was very long-wearing, which was an upside! The eyeliner stayed on well for over 10 hours.

Precision of a liquid with the ease of a gel based formula. Apply with a brush, we like a super fine, firm and synthetic angled brush. Dip tip of the brush, coat both sides – be careful not to pick up too much product! Work quickly, as the formula becomes transfer resistant once it dries. Do NOT leave opened for long periods of time or it will dry out and you will be sad. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use.
