Look you loved this week?: Dior Jungle #2 shadow on mobile lid, Natasha Denona Harlow in the crease, Sephora Cappuccino to line; Becca Foxglove blush, something hydrating on my lips (probably Laura Mercier Healthy Lips)
Any new or old favorites discovered?: no but I was sad to discover that Healthy Lips is discontinued, not just at Sephora; Laura Mercier no longer makes it
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I just ordered Marc Jacobs
Prim-O Omega eyeshadow on sale and can’t wait til it comes. I really like the Omega shadows I already have and so to find this shade – which is an every day, easy type “one and almost done” shadow – on sale was really a happy happening! I’m so glad I got I got O!Yeah when I did because it’s not even showing on the Sephora site (Brav!O is and it’s a gorgeous colour but I don’t need 2 of it – the pans are large!)
The MJ Prim- O eyeshadow is a gorgeous shade Mariella. I use this kind of colour a lot for a wash over my lids. I have a similar shade in the Smashbox Petal Metal palette and I have hit pan on a similar shade (but a bit deeper in colour) from the bareMInerals Soft and Smokey. I think this shade works with just about every kind of neutral there is.
It was so lucky that you found it on sale too. Always a bonus.
Colours like that – shades like MAC All That Glitters, Nars Alhambra (both sides, but especially the more pink, left hand side) are real workhorses for me too, Genevieve. Regarding Smashbox Petal Metal, I don’t have that one (a bit too warm for my colouring) but I have 3 other of the 8 pan palettes and they are SO good. It looks like all the MJ single shadows are being “killed off” (not sure if it’s MJ or just Sephora) which is a shame – they were pretty pricey for singles (though the pans were pretty massive) but the quality is outstanding.

Look you loved this week?: What I’m wearing right now! I have Natasha Denona Mini Love Palette on my eyes, Mini Love Cheek Duo on my cheeks, and Rare Beauty Glossy Balm in Nearly Mauve on my lips with Nyx SLP in Mauve to define the outline of my lips
Any new or old favorites discovered?: New? Definitely the ND Love Cheek Duo! And also the CP Wild Child palette.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week? Love, Love and more Love! These ND goodies are perfect for a soft romantic look that is still daytime appropriate.
Your skin tone/coloring: Pale/yellow, blue eyes, dark hair
Look you loved this week?: I am wearing some orangey hues from ND Mini Sunset and Metropolis that I am digging. I also did a muted gold look with ND Mini Gold that was fun too.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: New fave discovered: Solitnotes Tonka perfume. Definitely feels more expensive and elevated than the note description and price would suggest. Old fave rediscovered: Lotte London blush in Justin. Such a perfect coral-y flush.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Since it is a week til Valentine’s Day, I am gonna pink it up! ND Love, PMG Divine Rose II, and Juvia’s The Pinks mini will all be on my eyes this coming week. I will also pull out pink blushes, like my beloved Naked Rose by Illamasqua and the pink Bounce & Blur blush from Bare Minerals.
I LOVE the older, hotboy named LL blushes. Muse rec’d them & I got Zack and Zayn. Just realized that Zayn is Gigi H’s baby’s dad. 🤷🏼 They’re going pretty low profile; good for them! I was going to suggest these as good add-ons for an Ulta order, but they prob are d/c’d. The hotboys were a true find and hold their own against HE easily.
Yeah, because the universe is unfair they aren’t even on Ulta’s site anymore. I have Justin, Zayn, and Drake, and I do truly love them all. Drake and Zayn are obvious who they’re named after, but which Justin is it–Timberlake or Bieber? Maybe it shows how old I am just to ask that question in the first place.

Look you loved this week?: This was such a fun week for me with makeup! I used my Nomad Iceland Fire and Ice palette most days this week and LOVED the looks i created with it. There’s something about those tones of blue and green that just hit me the right way. Here are two of my favorites if you’re at all interested!

Any new or old favorites discovered?: The mattes from the Nomad Cosmetics Iceland palette, and also, my ND Love Glow Cheek palette is becoming a favorite. I really like the undertone of the cream blush, especially. The glowy blush is so nice and the highlight is lovely. I haven’t used the super sparkly shade on my cheeks, but it’s very pretty built up as an eyeshadow.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: My Nomade Cosmetics Tokyo Harajuku palette. And my Kaleidos Makeup Club Nebula palette should be in any day, so I’m excited to play with that!
Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Look you loved this week?: Using the Lorac Noir palette, I used Primrose over the lid, Rendevous on the lower lid and a smidgeon of Majestic nearest to the lower lash line and paired it with CP’s Gallop lipstick.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: Still playing with my newer eye palettes and the golden oldie of Maybelline’s Burgundy Bar.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I have no idea, but I am certain to keep using Lorac’s Noir palette. It is divine.

Look you loved this week?: Getting to work on time. So multi-taskers have been my go-to. The MJ bronzer, Naked 3 palette and Balm blush in Toille were used a lot this week….trusted and no fuss.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: My first very first Sydney Grace box came today! I have been on the waitlist for Enduring Love and Summer Days….since last fall? Anyway, what gems! I am so in love.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week? Sydney Grace. And panning my Naked 3…..have used almost 1 whole gram of shadow since January (with daily use…..🤦♀️)

Look you loved this week?: I wasn’t super in love with any look this week. I played around with brighter bolder shadows in my crease but nothing ever came together like I wanted. And I didn’t do any face makeup this week.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Give Me Glow Christmas Morning palette perhaps. And something using Makeup Geek Stealth.
